June is now upon us and my good friend Mark and I will be trekking our way to the top of Mt Kilimanjaro, which is a whopping 5,896 metres high!! In search for a cure for Alzheimers.

We will be taking on this Mountain over 10 days and we will be battling our way through temperatures which can reach to -20c degrees, sleeping rough, and living life without it's luxuries such as hot water a comfy bed and a stable roof over our heads amongst many more! The other challenge we face is altitude!!

Every step we take towards the summit and every penny you can donate will help the Alzheimers Society to find a cure for this disease, and support and improve the lives of people with dementia and their carers.
