I wanted to say a big thank you to all of those who supported and sponsored me to take part in the MS Walk on Sunday.  We were extremely lucky as it was sunny and dry all day. It was lovely to walk and talk and hear about the many different motivations people have to support the MS Society and to make a big difference through our research.  While stiff in a few unmentionable places it has spurred me on to consider a new challenge. It begins with an ‘M’ but more from me about that at a later date.
