Story

On the 20th September 2015, I will be doing a charity march of 22 miles along the South West Coastal path whilst playing the bagpipes.
I have decided that the charity I wish to raise money for is St Lukes Hospice. The date that I will be doing the walk happens to coincide with the Looe Festival (19th- 21st September) which I intend to use as my departure point and ending at Smeaton’s Tower in Plymouth.
I’ve been fortunate enough not to have been touched directly by Cancer but have noticed more close friends and family over the years concerned over lumps and bumps that they fear could be Cancer. The thought of feeling helpless whether it be a false alarm or otherwise has led me to do something positive and arrange this charity event of a 22 mile coastal bagpipe march in aid of St Lukes, a charity that does so much to help those in their time need as well as their families.
