Story

Thanks for taking the time to view our page :)

Around three quarters of a million people are thought to be living with severe, life impacting and debilitating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) here in the UK.

OCD-UK's sole purpose is to raise awareness on this mental illness and support those suffering.

This Christmas, Alfie and I will be completing 25 'Murph' workouts across 25 days. A Murph is a 1 mile run followed by 100 pull ups, 200 press ups, 300 air squats, followed by a 1 mile run (all with a 20lb weighted vest). Our way of showing those battling this illness that we are thinking of them over Christmas...

To those struggling to decide whether to get Alfie that new football for Christmas or a bottle of Sandalwood beard oil for myself, here's another option ! All and any donations are welcomed and will go directly to this wonderful charity.

Be well this Christmas.

Lots of love,

Clarky and Cawley
