6 hours of Cave floor Carnage (this includes a 1 hour Cave class, Burpee broadjumping the killer mile, and much much more)

5 hours Hiit Cardio 

4 hours late night leg day

3 hours Upper body smash up 

2 hours "WOD the hell is this"

1 hour burpee Emom
