Hola amigos! In June, I'm planning to walk the whole of the Welsh Coastal path (870 miles, 1400km ) in aid of Therapies Unite. I will be walking non stop continuously for 10 weeks, whatever the welsh weather throws at me! Therapies Unite is a small charity working in deprived areas of Mexico where poverty and limited medical and therapy care are a reality of everyday life. The charity's aim is to support individuals with a disability to improve their physical health, well being, independence, and integration into society. 2020/21 have been extremely challenging years for all of us in so many ways. Covid-19 placed huge restrictions on services in Mexico, as well as having a devastating impact on the health care system and economy. My walk will take 10 weeks and I'll be camping the majority of the way!! Any donations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Muchas gracias

Mae Therapies Unite yn elusen sy'dd wedi’ sefydlu yn Puerto Vallarta, Mecisco sy’n gweithio gyda phlant ac oedolion gyda anableddau gwahanol, sydd yn byw heb offer ac adnoddau syml i helpu gyda’i bywydau bob dydd. Mae’r elusen yn darparu adnoddau, offer a therapi fyddai bobl ddim fel arfer yn gallu hyfforddio. Mae Covid -19 wedi rhoi straen mawr arnom i gyd, ac hefyd wedi effeithio y system iechyd a'r economi allan yn Mexico. Fydd y daith yn cymryd tua 10 wythnos i gwblhau a fyddai yn gwersylla y rhan fwyaf o'r ffordd! Bydd unrhyw cyfraniad yn helpu! Diolch!

Hola amigos! Estoy planeando caminar la costa completa de Gales (870 millas, 1400km en distancia) para apoyar a Therapies Unite. Therapies Unite es una fundación pequeña que trabaja en áreas marginalizadas en Mexico donde la pobreza y los servicios médicos y terapéuticos limitados son una realidad del día a día. La meta de la fundación es apoyar a individuos con discapacidades para mejorar su salud física, bienestar, independencia y integración en la sociedad. 2020/2021 ha sido un año especialmente difícil para todos de muchas formas. Covid-19 ha significado muchas restricciones en servicios en Mexico, también teniendo un impacto devastante al servicio médico y economía. Mi caminata durará 10 semanas y ¡estaré acampando la mayoría del camino! Cualquier tipo de donación será muy apreciado. ¡Muchas gracias!
