On Sunday 26th September I will be running the Swansea 10K Run for my organisation, Hafan Cymru, to ensure that the excellent and life-saving work which we do to support survivors of domestic abuse can continue and develop. In particular I am raising funds for our schools project, Spectrum, which educates young people about abuse and its consequences.
