I happily raise charitable funds as part of my day to day work but exceptionally I am asking my best mates to sponsor me for this firewalk.  The monies raised will be sent to the Care Professional Benevolent Fund, a charitable organisation set up to help carers through difficult times.  This is a genuine cause, I know because I work with the charity and any donation you can make will be much appreciated. Apparently there are only 7-8 ouches on this firewalk and I will tell you my tale and/or show you my scars once the event has taken place.
