Thanks for taking the time to visit my page.

I am running the Great South Run for the Arthritis Research Campaign. This is a cause close to my heart because my mum was diagnosed with arthritis 35 years ago and it has slowly crippled her, and caused her much pain and suffering.

There is still no cure and that's why every donation from my family and friends towards this cause will mean such a lot.

I know times are hard, but please give whatever you can spare.
