Care Concern's Tea party and Raffle

At Care Concern Homecare, we work with people living with dementia and every day we see how this condition affects the person living with it, but also how it affects their families and friends. Dementia Concern is a local charity which offers support and advice to Ealing residents living with the condition. The support they offer is invaluable and they are a small charity so they need our support so that they can continue doing their amazing work
Anyone who donates to this page will be entered in the raffle to win one of the following prizes:
- A 3-course meal for 2 at Ealing Park Tavern with a bottle of wine, water, tea and coffee included.
- A meal for 2 at the Grange Pub in Ealing (excluding drinks)
- 5 Yoga classes from Yoga-Tastic
- 1 free boiler service from local plumbing/heating company Heywood heating
- 2 free personal training sessions from Bodyline Fitness Personal Training Studio
- Consultation and kitchen design from Wood Grain Design: Our designer will visit you at home and help you decide on the perfect layout for your new kitchen
This will include two visits to you home, CAD drawings of you new kitchen and some 3D images, to help you visualise your new dream kitchen. This consultation would normally cost £500.00. The plans are then yours to use as you choose.
If you choose Wood Grain Design Ltd we will discount your new kitchen cost by £1000.00, this offer is not limited to the size or value of your new kitchen.
