Our chosen charity for 2022 is Air Ambulances UK who champion, represent and support the lifesaving work of air ambulance charities across the UK, enabling them to save even more lives every day.

They are focussed on providing vital national funding support, raising awareness, enabling advancements in patient care, advocating on key issues and policy as well as being  central hub for the exchange of information and knowledge across the air ambulance sector.

Their work is vital because air ambulance charities form part of the UK’s frontline emergency response services, making lifesaving missions to around 80 people a day in urgent need of pre-hospital lifesaving care, but are funded by donations.
