Story
Carrie might be a horror story, but the shame and stigma around periods are far from fiction. Periods affect pupils’ attendance, participation in exercise, and confidence throughout their time at school. Like Carrie, nearly half of all people who bleed don't know what is happening to them when they get their first period.
Bloody Good Period get period products to those who need them most, including asylum seekers, refugees, and those who can't afford them.
Bloody Good Period believe that everyone who has periods, and everyone who cares about someone who has periods, should be able to talk about this bloody stuff. Everyone should have access to the information and products they need. No one should feel ashamed because of a healthy biological process.
