5's and 0's are a big part of 2012 for me and one of the reasons I have set my ambious £500 individual target!  I've really appreciated all the support you have all given me through my journey towards a healthier lifestyle and hope I can rely on your continued support in this and other charity events I will be doing in 2012.

25 years ago my Mum lost her battle against cancer and died in St Catherine's Hospice.  I'll never forget the kindnest and compassion shown by the staff to me an my family, whatever time of the day or night any of us visited.  So I will be walking every step of the way in memory of my Mum, in gratitude to the staff who cared for her then and to help support the continuing future of this excellent example of palliative care.
