Event: 2019 #UKRunChat Shrewsbury Half Marathon, on 6 October 2019
Pine Martens have reappeared in Shropshire and we want them to stay! We are seeking funding to sustain the population through research, monitoring and engagement with communities and landowners.

Story

I'm passionate about Shropshire's wildlife and in particular the Pine Martens who are living in our beautiful county.  I'm running the Apley Estate (21k - Half marathon) Autumn Challenge, near Telford, on 29th September 2019 to raise as much cash as possible for the Pine Marten project.  If I raise over £250 I shall run dressed as a Pine Marten :)
