I’m encouraging people to share their Carols and Festive Cheer by nominating people each day after I’ve completed a Marathon. All they have to do is sing, dance, play or whatever to a Christmas song, upload it on social media and nominate others to do the same! 

We started #Carols4Cancer back in 2014 after the death of a close friend and have raised over £15,000 for the Institute of Cancer Research and this year we are hoping to make it to £20,000.
