Devastatingly we lost our beautiful boy Zach on the 8th December 2021. His passing was sudden, completely unexpected and has left us bereft.

So many of us have experienced Zach's cheeky smile - which will leave a lasting impression - but some of us have been particularly lucky to have him as a central part of our lives and he will live on through us. During his short life he taught us how to find joy and love in each and every moment of life, whether through the great times, or the difficult times. 

Zach was born with Down Syndrome, which made him who he was and also meant that we were introduced to a wonderful community of people with the same condition. Portsmouth Down Syndrome Association is an exceptional charity that helps support people in this community, enabling them to grow, develop and lead fulfilling lives. 

In Zach's memory, we are therefore asking that rather than flowers or other gifts please donate to PDSA through this page so they can continue their work with improving the lives of other people like Zach.
