Every year Battersea take in over 7,000 dogs and cats - that's nearly 20 animals a day. They will never turn away a dog or cat in need, caring for them until their owners or loving new homes can be found, no matter how long it takes. Just over a quarter of the animals that arrive at Battersea are strays - these animals have no where else to turn. They are often starving, injured and malnourished. So for one night in April we are going to forego the comfort of our homes to sleep rough (whatever the weather) and experience what it is like to be a stray in order to raise awareness and funds for a great cause! So please give whatever you can!
