Hello all!
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
If you don't mind taking some time out of your day to get an update on my life and possibly donate to charity please keep reading.
As part of residency we can choose research or an area of concentration. It took me months to figure out what was right for me and to remember what I was really passionate about and to remember why I joined the Air Force in the first place. After searching and being mentored I remembered, humanitarian medicine. In making this my area of concentration I am able to tailor my training to include humanitarian missions and elective training in tropical medicine and infectious disease. I am extremely excited to be taking my first humanitarian mission next spring to Kiwoko Hospital in Uganda. I will spend 4 weeks in Central Uganda providing medical care to the local population. I am incredibly honored to have this opportunity and would like to be able to help with cost of running a hospital though the contribution may be small. If you are feeling generous please donate to Kiwoko Hospital to cover costs of medications, equipment, food and so much more please. All of this money will go directly to the hospital.
If you are interested in learning more about the hospital please read
