I've recently been diagnosed with a colorectal cancer. Whilst hopefully treatable i will be undergoing intensive chemotherapy and am likely to lose my hair. I have made the decision to have it shaved before this happens. I have been growing my hair for the last 29 years with the occasional trim and is now 32 inches long. I will be donating my hair for charity and raising funds for the Isle of Wight branch Wessex Cancer Trust. We are making this an event with a DJ donating his time.
