Story
For this year’s Harvest appeal, we have chosen to support Tameside, Oldham and Glossop Mind by taking part in our own Five Ways to Wellbeing Day. Tameside, Oldham and Glossop Mind provide mental health services in prevention, early intervention and primary
care; alongside empowering individuals and our communities to live well. The money raised will help support everyone in our community to achieve positive mental health. If you would like to find
out more about the services offered, please visit: https://www.togmind.org/youth-mind
The Five Ways to Wellbeing (Connect, Be active, Take notice, Keep
learning and Give) can help all of us to improve our mental health and on our Harvest appeal day on Friday 4th November, the pupils will take part in a range of fun activities to promote these. If you would like some ideas of how you can promote the Five Ways to Wellbeing at home, please visit: https://www.derbyshire.gov.uk/social-health/health-and-wellbeing/mental-health-and-wellbeing/five-ways-to-wellbeing/five-ways-to-wellbeing-young-people/five-ways-to-wellbeing-for-young-people.aspx
