I've never been much of a cyclist but 45 miles is a miniscule sacrifice for this great cause. Prince's Trust, i.e. Prince Charles' cause, aims to get young people on the straight and narrow.

We just hosted some youngsters from Prince's Trust at work - the Prince's Trust really gets them off the ground and off the street. One I met had never owned a suit, never used a PC, hadn't stood up in front of a group, couldn't use Word, Excel etc. Things that make getting the first job difficult.

On one occasion we went for a pub lunch - this one guy had never eaten a steak!

Prince's Trust gives these youngsters a chance. They get them work placements in great companies, coach them, train them etc.
