But, finding support can make all the difference in learning how to process and heal the symptoms and consequences, prevent future assaults and empower women to reclaim their lives with honesty, dignity and integrity. SARSAS exists to Listen, Believe and Support. We provide confidential services: helpline, live chat, email support, counselling, group work and art therapy. Sadly, we have a waiting list.
