On the 30th May at 4.30pm I will be shaving my ENTIRE head, both beard and hair will be gone! 

I am fortunate enough to have the support of friends and family, but far too many people don't and suffer mental health illnesses and issues alone. So to raise money for Norfolk Mind I will be shaving my 9 months of hair growth and 8 inch beard. Please help me raise as much money as possible! 

The shave will be done in the courtyard of Harrods of Hingham and also live streamed on Facebook.
