I've been challenged to walk over hot fire coals for the Big C on 30th April 2016 for their annual firewalk at The Forum in Norwich.

Everyone keeps telling me that it's mind over matter but I'm heating-up just thinking about it! 

This will be the most outrageously outrageous thing I've ever done but it's all for an amazing local cause.
