Butler House are thrilled to announce that they have just begun
a special partnership with award winning charity, Ace Africa. Over the next few years we aim to raise as much funds as possible to help support their incredible life changing projects across rural East Africa. On this page we will keep you updated with various upcoming challenges the boys of Butler House aim to take on
in support of Ace.

Our first challenge is a 12 hour 5-a-side football marathon! Taking place on the 24^th of April.

In Arusha, Tanzania Ace Africa have just kicked off their annual
10-week Football League which was set up 8 years ago with support from Eton College. This initiative was set up with the vision to support the most vulnerable children living in remote parts of northern Tanzania - where life can be quite harsh. Issues such as early marriage, child labor and FGM are a few of the daily experiences these young people have to face. The football league provides these children with a fun outlet to build their confidence, develop new skills and learn to work as a team. In addition to providing football training to teachers, equipment, kit and professional football coaching, Ace also equips the children with essential child right tools and referrals to counselling for those children who need additional support.

Since its inception their league has supported over 2,500 children
across 30 schools.

It costs just £2,500 to fund a girls and boys team from one school to take part in this life-changing league. In the lead up to our upcoming football marathon we would be so grateful if you could help us to reach a goal of helping to enter one school into the 2023 league.
