We sadly lost our cousin, Alexander Mill in April 2021. Tragically he took his own life and has left an irreplacable gap in everyones life that knew him.

My brother and I are dedicating our gruelling 500+ mile bike ride around the North Coast of Scotland to Alex. We hope that in doing so we can raise awareness and want everyone to know that talking candidly about this subject is something positive we can all do to make a difference.
