I am running a 10km obstacle course on the 5th of August called Rough Runner to raise funds for a cause that's close to my heart. Stroke has affected my close family and I would love to be able to contribute funds to the Stroke Association to continue raising awareness of strokes and helping individuals and families with life after stroke.
