Please sponsor me ive worked really hard training for this race! I'm running for a refuge, an amazing charity, which has a women's refuge locally!

Government cuts mean that women who are fleeing domestic abuse, in fear for their lives, are being turned away from these refuges, THIS IS NOT OK!!!

the amazing Refuge staff are being made redundant, this is a dire situation, potentially putting lives at risk. 

These women and children may only have the clothes on their back. Your money will help in many ways, from welcome packs with essentials for them, food, nappies...
