We Provide professional respite for Carers to Give Carers a break

Story

Crossroads Care East Sussex, Brighton & Hove provides professional respite for carers using paid, trained staff. A carer is someone, who provides help and support, without payment, to a partner, child, relative, friend or neighbour, due to age, physical or mental illness, addiction or disability.

We are a group of eight U6th pupils and four teachers who will be hiking Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon in (hopefully!) less than 24 hours in June - the three highest peaks in the UK. We will start at 9 am on June 27th and hope to finish all three early the next day by hiking and driving through the night. It will be a tough challenge, but the whole team is looking forward to it as a fun way to end our time at Brighton College.
