I shall be running in Swansea Half Marathon to raise both awareness of and funds for the Barod project. 

I have both recieved and witnessed heart warming support by the people at Barod during my own addiction recovery journey, both by service users and the people that work on the project. 

I and many others are forunate enough to have had and continue to have access to the support that the Barod project offer and they have no doubt helped to save and improve the lives of countless individuals across South and West Wales.
