This month I will be running the Edinburgh Marathon on behalf of the amazing Haven charity which provides support to people affected by life-limiting illnesses and to their family members and carers. 

The Haven, which has centres in Blantyre, Wishaw and Forth, works to improve people's quality of life and supports them to live life positively and with hope through tailored emotional and practical support.
