Whilst cards and gifts are always appreciated by school staff, we feel that this year especially, we do not want families to bear the additional financial burden of buying Christmas gifts for teachers and support staff. It is a pleasure to teach the children every day and we have so enjoyed being back together as the BCPS family after such a long period of disruption.

As an alternative, for those of you who wish to, we are suggesting a donation to our chosen charity, Blue Smile. They support the mental wellbeing of Cambridgeshire pupils with expert arts-based therapies, unlocking children's potential to learn and be happy. In the current climate, this work is more important than ever before.
