Story
Welcome to the Bodyfit Just giving page.
We are hosting our annual fitness challenge on Saturday October 4th 2014 at Dulwich College Sports Club.
The challenge this year is to complete 1000 Reps of two selected exercises (500 reps each).
The options available are:
1. Burpees & Sit Ups
2. Alternating lunges & Sit Ups
3. Squat Jumps & Push Ups
4. Push Ups & Squat Thrusts
The rules are simple:
Choose one category & complete 500 reps of each exercise. You are allowed to complete 100 of each and alternate between exercises. So you will complete X5 sets of 100 reps each exercise.
We know this is tough and we know it will take everyone time. That is why its called a fitness challenge. We didn't want this to be easy. We don't spend all this time making you super fit to go and do a sponsored walk. We want you to put your fitness to the test! This is it!
Please can you register to take part by going to the Go team up page for Saturday 4th October and signing into the fitness challenge.
THE CHARITY - THE RATHBONE SOCIETY
The Rathbone Society is a local charity based in West Norwood and they do a lot of work in the community for young people and adults with learning disabilities. They have a fantastic team of support workers who help integrate and encourage the young people to become a part of their community with lots of help & support. Lots of sport activities, day trips, cookery classes, individual tutoring & quality time with other young adults are all part of the service that The Rathbone Society provide.
I have waived the fee for the class as I want everyone to try and donate as much as they can, so if you would have normally paid for your class can you please make that your personal donation at least to the just giving page.
We would love to raise as much as we did last year which was £1800.
Please share this page and let everyone know what you are doing. I know we only have a few weeks to get fundraising but lets do it with a bang!
THANK YOU EVERYONE!
