Story
ONCE A BLUEHART ALWAYS A BLUEHART
Luke lost his life on 28 March 2019, following a tragic accident at a hockey training session. On the 5 year anniversary of his death, Blueharts will be one again walking/running to raise money and awareness of the East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA), who played such an important role in getting Luke to hospital on the night of the accident.
As well as raising valuable funds for EAAA, the annual #walkforluke will be an opportunity for members to take time to remember Luke and reflect.
We are encouraging members of all ages and their families to get involved - wearing Blueharts kit or something blue and sharing photographs on the way. Friends, family and dogs are all very welcome!
#walkforluke
East Anglian Air Ambulance exists to save lives by delivering highly skilled doctors and critical care paramedics by air or car to seriously ill or injured people in the region. They do not receive any government funding, and are only kept airborne thanks donations.
Thank you for your support.
