This Christmas we're inviting you to join us in our 12 Days of Christmas Challenge for just £12 - £1 a day for every day of the challenge (please give more if you can).

The work of West Sussex mind provides essential support for people with mental health problems, helping to improve physical and mental well-being, strengthen self-esteem and confidence and promote strong relationships with family, friends and communities. ,

Increasing understanding about mental health is more important than ever. The experts at Mind provide specialist training to professionals in education, GP practices and leisure centres, as well as bespoke training to staff and managers in other organisations and companies.

As an independent charity, West Sussex Mind receives no funding from the national Mind charity. Your donations are vital to provide local support across West Sussex.

It’s time to get fit, have fun, and raise money to help those in our communities who are really struggling.

The challenge starts on the 9th of December and finishes with our funky festive celebratory flow at 9am on Tuesday 20th December.
