We support treatment, research and care to make our hospitals even better

Story

Raising funds for the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital Charity Brain Tumour Research Fund R000252.

We have set up this page on behalf of Hugo to raise money for valuable research into brain tumours in children. This fund will go directly to support the research led by Professor JP Kilday who has shown such care for Hugo during his treatment.

Most of you know Hugo was diagnosed with a rare tumour called an Atypical Teratoid Rhabdoid Tumour (ATRT) in August 2022. We have chosen a research charity particularly as there is still so much research needed to understand the best treatments for this and other types of brain tumour.

We have been overwhelmed with support since Hugo was diagnosed. We hope in time to raise as much money as we can, any donations no matter how small will be gratefully received and put to very good use.

Many thanks
Paul, Laura, Georgia, Teddy and Hugo
