My big brother Richard sadly collapsed and died whilst out walking on Moel Famau on 11 July this year. He received immediate assistance from members of the public, members of North East Wales Search and Rescue and Wales Air Ambulance. 

Richard loved walking in the hills and mountains of North Wales with family, friends or just his  dogs. NEWSAR are a volunteer mountain rescue organisation and an  important part of the community, always on call to assist people on the hills and mountains that Richard loved. We are so thankful that they were there for him when he needed it the most. By sponsoring me to take part in the Blenheim triathlon you will be ensuring that many other people get support if they need it.
