Story
I was driving to work 2nd October 2021 and I had a seizure. An ambulance was called and I was taken to the Royal Stoke University Hospital where I had another seizure. The very next day I was diagnosed with a brain tumour, so my life changed completely overnight!
I would like to say thank you to Mr Chan, my brain surgeon, and Dr Mahaganapathim who have been fantastic with me, and also all the staff on the Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy departments for their care.
This journey has been so hard for me, going through the treatment is so exhausting, that it made me think what is it like for children with cancer? So I decided I wanted to do something for these children.
I have had so much wonderful support with my fundraising, I would like to thank TK Maxx Hanley, The Sportsman Pub in Stockton Brook, and of course all my family and friends for all their help. I would like everyone to share my page to help me raise as much money as possible for these cancer patients, to help the Charity fund treatments and equipment to help make the treatments a little more bearable for them. So please donate even the smallest amount all counts and helps to make a difference.
