Story
I am taking part in Hywel Dda Health Charities' '60 in September' challenge which raises money for the local NHS.
You have to pledge to think up an activity based around the number 60 and complete it in September.
I plan to run 60 miles during the month, and the money I raise will be going to the chemo day unit at Bronglais Hospital, which does such fantastic work caring for people with cancer.
The last time I ran was seven years ago, when I did the London Marathon! So I will be starting from scratch in the running stakes.
Please give me a toot or a wave if you see me out running, to spur me on. And if you can spare some money to donate to my cause then I will be very grateful. Every penny helps.
Why don't you sign up for the challenge too?
