We twin toilets to transform lives

Story

                                             Who we are

Hi - I am Beth! I am the assistant curate, of St Mary at Latton in Harlow, a Church of England church. As part of our commitment to be an environmentally friendly, and loving church, we have been looking at ways to make everything we do more charitable, including using our church hall loos!

                                            What are we doing?

In order to raise money to twin both toilets in our parish hall, and hopefully make an additional donation to the charity, my vicar (and boss!) Lynn, will be shaving my head on March 1st, at St Mary at Latton Church, at 11:30am! Donations can also be taken on the day!

Please consider supporting us!

                                                About the Charity

Toilet Twinning, established in 2010 as the fundraising arm of major international charity Tearfund, raises funds to enable poor communities to have clean water, and a basic toilet. Building toilets in schools enables children, particularly girls, to attend school in safety without fear of being bitten by snakes or assaulted. We have twinned in excess of 100,000 loos since inception. www.toilettwinning.org
