This all started when Portsdown U3A was asked by the Weston Turville U3A if any of us would like to join them in abseiling down the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth. I agreed to join them and in order that it should have some other purpose besides fun for me, it was agreed that the members of Portsdown U3a (and any body else) would have an opportunity to sponsor me for my chosen charity. I have chosen Movember and I hope you will support my efforts on their behalf.
