In early September I'll attempt to complete the Ring of Fire ultra; this race involves covering 135 miles and 13,695 of vertical ascent in three days around the coast of Angelsey.

Day one is 35.7 miles, day two is 65.9 miles and day three is 33.4 miles.

I aim to raise £675; that's £5 for every mile covered, anymore would be great.
