This Father's Day I am cycling the London to Brighton bike ride for British Heart Foundation.  I have decided to do this in memory of my father who sadly died suddenly from a heart attack in 1992, at the age I am now.

I am cycling with a number of colleagues, and we aim to raise £3,000 for this worthy cause.
