People are saying I am mad for doing this and maybe I am. But I wanted to raise money for my AFK because of the work they do fundraising for wheelchairs for young people like myself.

As most people know, I had to raise £3000 for a wheelchair because I was denied the help through the NHS and there are thousands of people like me that have to do this now and it's incredibly difficult.

my AFK help families and young people with the cost towards wheelchairs to alleviate the financial burden families and young people face, but they can't do that without fundraising and so I wanted to help them.

This is going to be my hardest challenge, I can barely walk for 5 minutes without being in pain so 5K is an incredibly long distance for me. I will be doing a mix of walking, self-propelling in my manual wheelchair and when in total pain, being pushed by my friend Andrew.
