Thank you for visiting this page in loving memory of Michael Hawdon. We ask for donations through this page to the Marine Conservation Society. Throughout Michael's life, he probably spent at least 50% of it at sea. It was always the place where he was happiest, so we thought that this charity would be the best pick. 

Michael was the bravest, kindest and most thoughtful person we know and is completely irreplaceable. No matter who you were, my dad thought of you as a friend and always wanted to do something to help you out.
