Vij’s FitFam and friends are coming together on Saturday the 11th September to compete a Vij challenge and raise money for St Catherine’s 

We will be doing a 90min exercise class (filled with Vij’s faves) followed by a cycle of the guild wheel  and finished with a 6 Mile walk.  All these activities hold fantastic memories of our friend who was frequently powered by Prosecco….
