Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This fund has been set up in memory of Sharon Geere who lived and worked in Tremorfa Cardiff. She was passionate about children and helping them to grow into happy and fulfilled young men and women. She passed away on the 14th September 2019, aged 45, from a brain-stem stroke. Sharon worked as part of team serving the community of Tremorfa with a particular focus on children and young people. This fund will provide holidays for the children of disadvantaged families who might otherwise be unable to know the joy, pleasure and fond memories of something which most of us take for granted.

We invite you to donate to the fund as generously as you feel able, to help Sharon’s memory live on with the children who already knew and loved her, as well as many others in years to come. The fund will be administered by the Trustees of Belmont Baptist Church and used only for the purposes described above.
