The Ethnic Diversity Network and CSR team are proud to present to you our  Baringa x Migrateful Cookbook. The collaboration hopes to showcase the rich ethnic diversity we have across the business. From Nigerian stew to Syrian Hummus and Raspberry Financiers, the delicious recipes span continents and cultures and give us a unique lens into the heritage and stories of our colleagues. There is something for everyone!

The wait is over - the cookbook has now launched and will be available to buy at a small cost. All proceeds will go to our charity partner, Migrateful. The charity runs cookery classes led by migrant chefs who are struggling to integrate and access employment, due to legal and linguistic barriers. Migrateful have supported 57 chefs and conducted 1674 classes since they launched in 2017.
