Barb was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour in April 2023 and just under 7 weeks later sadly passed away in Laurel Hospice.

The time Barb spent in Laurel Hospice was surrounded by incredibly kind and compassionate staff who provided amazing care to her in her final days and weeks. This care also extended to Barb's family and made this very challenging time a little easier knowing Barb was peaceful in her final days.  

In lieu of flowers Barb and her family have asked that donations are made to the Flinders Foundation who support Laurel Hospice.  Fundraising is the cornerstone of Laurel Hospice and will bring precious added comfort for those in your community dealing with one of the most challenging stages in life’s journey.
