Celebrating my birthday this year with a bunch of my favourite streamers whilst fundraising for a charity that is close to home and has helped me so much in the past.

Domestic violence always seems to be a topic that is easily swept under the carpet as to say and those faced in a relationship where there is domestic violence happening more often than not feel trapped or even begin to feel that this is "normal".  If you suspect that there is domestic violence happening in others relationship please do not ignore it, let them know that you are there or even sign post them to others whom can help.
